Product Description
When I started teaching first grade, I knew I wanted as many hands-on, experiential activities as possible. But as any teacher knows, money is tight, class sizes are increasing, and we need all the help we can get. That's when I came up with the idea to use an online volunteer/supply donation registry to organize what materials I needed for upcoming crafts, post openings for parents to come in and help, or request help preparing materials at home. Starting this registry changed my life and made my the learning in my room swell because we have a communal feel with parents taking a stake in our educational efforts at school.

Included:
*A parent letter that explains to families how to use the Cozi To-Do List website as a classroom registry, almost like you'd use a gift registry. This letter is meant for you to better understand, too.

*A sample of the document I keep that shows all the job requests I post for the month of November. That way, you see how I request the help and what types of materials I ask for.
