This strategy is ideal for upper elementary, junior high, and high school students. It has helped me tremendously with 1) helping all students with their writing; 2) decreasing essay correcting work load; and 3) providing timely feedback to students. This strategy takes time and patience but will be well worth it. Student come with a variety of writing styles and need work on a variety of grammar and writing skills. This strategy will allow teachers to help students become better writers and collect data to support instruction.
