Beware of the Tiger: An Alphabet Game (Uppercase/Capital/Lowercase) is a fun way to teach or reteach the capital/uppercase/lowercase letters of the alphabet. This can be used in either whole group or small group instruction. Great for centers!
How to Play:
1. Without looking, the first player choose a card from the container.
2. The player reads the letter on the card. If she/he is correct, it is the next player’s turn. If she/he is incorrect, the person puts the card back into the container, then it is the next player’s turn.
If a tiger card is drawn, then that player has to put all of his/her cards back.
3. Keep playing until time is up. The person with the most cards is the winner.
