Story maps are an integral part of any reading program. I have used them in all shapes and forms. I have done them in foldables, I have completed in them in PowerPoints, and even via mobiles, ..you name it—I have used it! However, with the rigor of testing; the story map in its traditional form, has become rote. I needed to add depth and complexity to this time tested and true reading aid.
