Two signs for the Spanish classroom - bien and mal with corresponding icons. I used this with a preschool Spanish immersion class of absolute beginners. After being asked how they were, they could respond orally or show me a sign. I later used the same signs with pictures of other happy/sad/injured/angry people and asked about how they were doing to introduce the various forms of ESTAR. With older students, this could be used in a silent opinion poll activity. Create graphs of the responses etc. Have students interpret the results orally. To use this item, print the signs on cardstock, cut apart, and mount on popsicle sticks.
