Product Description
This video guide contains eight questions for students to answer while watching episode five (“Megastructures”) of the History Channel documentary Big History. Episode five addresses the human desire for building large, impressive structures and what elements in nature could have inspired the shape of these architectural marvels. It would be the perfect video for teaching about monumental architecture.

There is also a discussion or essay question for the students to answer after they view the video. My goal was to have questions that run the gamut of Bloom’s taxonomy. I use the last question as an essay assignment for the writing component of the Common Core.

An answer key is included.

Why so cheap? My other video guides sell for 99 cents per episode. Since these episodes are half as long, it seemed fair to price them at half the usual amount. Once the season concludes, I will offer all episodes from this season in one package at a discount. Look here for a link when that time comes.
