While this book is designed for use with students with disabilities, it is also usable for students of many abilities and levels.
Being able to distinguish between big and little is an important foundation skill in math and science for discerning things such as size and quantities. It also is an integral part of mathematics skills such as comparison on numbers.
This short book lets the students compare two pictures and place the picture on the page labeled BIG or on the LITTLE page. This book is easy to assemble and comes with 104 cards your kids can use to practice this skill. You can use all 104 or you can divide the cards into groups and after printing additional book pages you can have several students working on this at the same time. The cards include pictures of shapes, school supply items and photos of food items.
