This is a set of signs that can be printed and laminated to be used as a behavior management chart with clothes pins. The signs are in Spanish for a bilingual classroom. The chart allows for positive and negative reinforcement. Students start each day with their clip on the middle sign “Listo Para Aprender”, which means “Ready to Learn”. When they behave appropriately, move their clips up to the positive signs that are above the starting sign. When they behave poorly, move their name clip down. I have enclosed a photo of how I used it in my room. I printed the signs out and laminated them. Then, I hot-glued ribbon to each sign so that they were connected in order. I then hung it in my classroom. I wrote the children’s names on the clothes pegs and moved them up or down based on their behavior. The signs below are in descending order from highest to lowest level.
