I am a sucker for giving kids options on how to present the material that is to be learned. When learning about the ratification of the Constitution and the addition of the Bill of Rights there is so much material that is covered that sometimes the first 10 amendments can lose class time.
This project is designed to do either in the classroom or at home, depending on your time restrictions. It is an assessment project that gives the kids 7 options from which they can choose to present the Bill of Rights which became the "deal-breaker" in ratifying the Constitution.
The lesson includes a power point collection to define each of the slides, four examples of student work, and the project itself; both directions and full grading rubric.
This project caters to all learners and is designed to get the most out of the students.
