Bill of Rights for Google Slides and Classroom
Are you looking for a more interactive way to teach the Bill of Rights?
The Bill of Rights is a concept that is covered from elementary school all the way through high school. Students will be asked to read the text of amendments 1-10 and summarize them into their own words.
Included in this Bill of Rights Resource:
•Quick background on Bill of Rights
•Slide for students to share their prior knowledge
•Text for each amendment and space for students to type into.
•Chart pages to use for summaries or study guides
•Matching activity- students move the description to the correct amendment.
•Powerpoint version included in case you are more comfortable with this style.
•Student handout of the Powerpoint with white background. I realize that some students really need or prefer the information to be on paper and not digitally. Therefore, I included a handout you could print for them that would copy easier.
