I created this activity is a fit of industrious laziness. My principal mandates that each unit end with an authentic summative assessment. I did not want to design one for every single unit in every single one of my classes. So, I created this Think-Tac-Toe (Differentiation through choice using a Think-Tac-Toe for science content, Science Scope, February 2010) which can work not only for every unit in every one of my classes, but also for most subjects.
Students choose an activity on the bingo card, and they use this activity to show how well they learned the unit. Their grade is based on the learning targets, sticking to the format, and a self assessment.
This activity will work in almost every subject.
