In this lesson, students act as bioacoustic researchers, rotating through five stations to listen to and analyze animal mating calls. Students then read supporting information regarding each animal to deduce the reproductive purpose of the vocalization. Activities in this lesson plan support NGSS standard MS-LS1-4.
