This review sheet involves students creating their own macromolecules using building blocks provided. Students must figure out which building blocks to use and create (draw) the their macromolecules. Students will then add, in the appropriate sections, all the different names for the building blocks and all the names and examples of the large macromolecules.
There are other sections in this activity that have students use their knowledge to complete a building block vs. macromolecule chart...testing their knowledge of biochemistry. There is supplmentary material on proteins, their shape and function, denaturation and on organic compounds and energy storage.
