In this activity, students create a flow chart in order to trace the where the products and the reactants of cellular respiration come from and go. Students will color code the products and reactants, then attach them to the flow chart to show where they come from and then end up. This activity really helps kids understand how this process works, as they can easily see where the constituent parts go.
This activity pairs well with the "Biology Activity: Overview of Photosynthesis" and "Biology Activity: Cell Energy Review". It was designed for use in a 10th grade Biology class. It is also designed to be printed/copied onto 11x17 paper.
