Product Description
You will create a virtual and in-class visual of your biome and sub-biome. You will look at these areas as an ecologist, reporting on what you observe and also what you see happening in a scientific log/journal blog or vlog.
Your virtual presentation/blog/vlog needs to include the following:
 A description of the biome/sub-biome, including CLIMATE (temperature and precipitation) and LOCATION around the world
 A food web of at least 15 organisms
 The keystone species, the species in which if it is removed/goes extinct
 COMMON adaptations (at least 2) of PLANTS and ANIMALS in this biome
 How humans are impacting this biome and the effects/implications of this impact
 At least 10 pictures throughout the presentation of the components above (description, food web, keystone species, adaptations, human impact, etc.)
Your in-class visual needs to be a “Biome in a BOX, BOTTLE, BOWL, or TUNNEL BOOK”
 You will choose how your biome will be presented (in any of the above ways)
 Include:
o At least 3 animal species found in your chosen biome.
o At least 3 plant species found in your chosen biome.
o The biome should be realistically represented with geographical features such as mountains, streams, rivers, etc.

 It must be colorful and as realistic as you can make it!
