Description
This product is intended for use for adults or middle school aged students or older. It is perfect for any bird enthusiast and can be used in homeschool curriculum addressing bird or ecology studies. It is designed as a journal to keep track of birds visiting a backyard feeder and/or on birdwatching excursions. The package contains sheets for recording individual species information, sketches of birds observed and a place to attach photographs. Monthly calendars can be used to record numbers of birds seen, temperature and weather conditions and any other desired information. A data table and graph is included to plot number of birds seen vs. temperature as well as weather conditions vs bird activity. The calendar pages are undated so this package can be reprinted and used in multiple years to track changing patterns in bird observations. The journal contains 45 pages.
