New Updated Birdy Behavior Calendar Logs for the 2015-2016 School year
I love using monthly behavior logs because they are easy to use, a great way to communicate with parents, and it saves time and paper from having to run off weekly behavior logs. This year I added to my collection and created a calendars with these cute and colorful birds.
With these behavior logs, students are responsible for coloring their bird based on how they behaved in class. I included a key for parents to understand what the colors mean. For example, a red bird means that their child had a "rough day." Parents then are required to sign the behavior log on a daily basis. Parent or you can make comments using the additional comments page I included to make this document double sided. Furthermore, I included class expectations: "Be respectful, Be responsible, and Be Safe" on the margins so students and parents know what is expected in the classroom.
***When you are ready to print these out, make sure to click on "scale to fit paper" to get the maximum use of these logs***
This document is in PDF format because of the font that I used. For an additional $2.50 I can easily modify the calendars to fit your needs and match your school calendar. Simply contact me or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, after you have purchased the calendars. Don’t forget to send me your school calendar to include any other information you would like on them and I will create it for you.
I hope you enjoy these "Birdy Behavior Logs" and that they become a useful tool in your classroom.
Calendars start from August 2015 to July 2016.
