Use this worksheet as a graded assignment along with the PPT. Generally, the questions on the worksheet go in order of the PPT (sold under separate cover in my store). It is a 2-page assignment that will take approximately 25 minutes to complete (depending on prior knowledge of birth control by the individual student). It is in Word format and used as a printed assignment with lines for writing the answers.
