Description

Celebrate Black History Month or any time by celebrating these inspirational quotes by famous black Americans.

Why use Black Americans-Quotes: Who Said This? Boom Learning Cards? Research tells us engagement is essential to learning. The BOOM Learning Digital Task Cards are fun for the children, which is what keeps them coming back! They provide immediate feedback to the children, so learning is guaranteed to happen!

How it works: Students read the quote and choose which famous American came up with that quote. They'll be inspired by the quotes, and exposed to names of many famous black Americans! If the children get the answer correct, the device tells them right away. If they don’t answer the question correctly, it lets them try again. Teachers are able to access records of how children performed. Since Boom Learning task cards can be used on any device, these are perfect for distance learning, when the children can’t be at school.

What’s included: This deck has 24 inspirational quotes by famous black Americans. These include statements from these special heroes: Frederick Douglas, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Oprah Winfrey, Jesse Owens, Rosa Parks, Barack Obama, Maya Angelou, Aretha Franklin, Amanda Gorman, and Michelle Obama. Students practice reading skills while learning about the world. Boom Learning Digital Task Cards are perfect for distance or remote learning!

Boom Cards are easy for the teacher and fun for the children!

  • These can be played on computers or tablets, give immediate feedback to the children, and detailed data for the teacher.
