Black History Interactive Bulletin Board
Black History Month Bulletin Board
Celebrated Black History Month with this Interactive Bulletin Board Set! Your students will be able to interact with the board, and it is a wonderful teaching tool!
What is included in this resource?
-Black History Banner
-20 African-American Posters (names listed below)
-Pockets and character traits for each poster
-Print on cardstock for durability.
-Laminate so you can use it year after year (without the prep work each year).
-If your bulletin board is not large enough to incorporate all of the people included, choose the ones you feel you would like to include. The sample in my pictures does not include all of the people listed, but you can see it offers plenty of interaction.
-To make the pockets/envelopes for holding the character traits, cut along the solid black lines. Then fold along the dotted line (fold to the back). Staple the pocket to the bulletin board.
-I “backed” my people printouts on colored cardstock to make them “pop” from the board.
Who is included in this resource?
-Dr. Ben Carson
-George Washington Carver
-Booker T. Washington
-Martin Luther King, Jr.
-Sarah E. Goode
