This is a ready to use document for introducing a research biography project for Black History Month. Students research an African American of their choice, write a report, and create a model figure of their chosen person using a recycled soda or water bottle. They "dress" up their bottle to look like their famous American. This project can be done as a literacy center in class, or sent home.
Purchase includes project student information sheet, and project grading rubric.
