Use these blank flip books for students to create a variety of projects!
Print the templates on a blank sheet of paper. (You can also print the template on both sides of the paper if you wish to have the pattern on all sides of the flip book.) Cut the template out along the outside border. Fold the template in half horizontally. Cut vertical lines between the boxes - be sure not to cut all the way through, so that that book remains in tact and the flaps can be lifted.
Students can write a word, topic, or idea on the front flaps. Then students write about and/or illustrate the word, topic, or idea on the inside of the book.
Some ideas for flip books include:
- parts of speech
- about story characters
- content area vocabulary
These flip books can be used as an assessment as well.
