An editable, interactive timeline to aid your students in approaching or reviewing the complexity of material that is presented in an Art History, Art Appreciation or Visual Arts course. "The Classical and Medieval West Timeline" covers Greece, Rome, Early Christian, Byzantine, Early Medieval and Gothic art. It will allow the instructor and student to address the various art periods, characteristics of these periods, major works and corresponding historical events. Activity can be done independently, in groups or instructor-led. Great to use as an introduction to the lecture material. This timeline does correspond to Chapter 16 in the textbook "Prebles' Artforms", 11th edition by Patrick Frank, but can be used with any textbook or curriculum.
