This set of Scoot games at three levels of difficulty will give your students lots of practice with initial /l/ and /r/ blends. They're great for use as a traditional whole class game, but you can also use the included recording page and answer key to turn them into a Read the Room activity or task cards for your literacy centers.
Each of the three games has 31 Scoot cards.
Level 1: “Pick a Blend” - Given a picture, students will choose from three words that begin with blends.
Level 2: “Add a Blend”- Given a picture, students will supply the correct blend to complete the word.
Level 3: “Take a Closer Look” - Given three words, students will decide which one is a real word.
Blends included in this set: bl, cl, fl, gl, pl, sl, br, cr, dr, fr, gr, pr, and tr
