This fun and easy game is a great way to review sight words that can be played in a small group or as a whole group circle time game.
All you have to do is copy and laminate the playing cards and you are ready to play!
The sight words covered are those used in Beverly Tyner's program as outlined in her book, Small-Group Reading Instruction: A Differentiated ReadingModel for Beginning and Struggling Reader (Lists 1-6). Blank cards are included for words that you teach that are not included in my lists.
Words included are:
the, a, and, to, in, is, on, you, it, of, said, can, for, my, but, all, we, are, up, at, with, me, they, have, he, out, that, one, big, go, was, like, what, not, do, then, this, no, too, she, went, see, will, so, some, down, little, come, get, be, now, when, there, into, day, look, eat, make, his
I hope your little ones have fun working on their sight words! These cards could also be copied twice and used to play memory.
