Block Party In Character Character Education Task Cards

As educators, we are tasked with imparting knowledge onto our students, and as Bruce Lee said, “Knowledge will give you power, but character respect.” Respect for oneself, others, and the classroom is essential for creating a positive climate in which learning can occur. Examining the Six Pillars of Character® from CHARACTER COUNTS!® using “Block Party: In Character” task cards will encourage your students to “get to know their neighbors on the block” while promoting active and accountable talk, reflection, revision, and reinforcement, and a transfer of knowledge and skills… yeah!
