The theme of this strand of posts is Odd World Records. What does that look like? Just copy the text and links and post to your students. This activity is perfect for those higher end student who need challenging activities.

1. World Record-One of the heaviest dogs in the world is the St. Bernard and the smallest dog is the Chihuahua. The average St. Bernard weighs 200 pounds and is 30 inches tall and the average Chihuahua weighs 5 pounds and is about 8 inches tall. Click reply to write a math story problem about the two dogs and post it. Then solve other students’ problems. Make sure you mention the person by name when solving their problem.
