Product Description
These cute Bloom's Taxonomy posters will be a great addition to your classroom! Each poster includes a student-friendly "I Can" statement so your students can see which level of Bloom's they are achieving. Each poster also includes key words that correlate with each level of Bloom's so you can promote higher level thinking and questions for your students. Each poster is color coded in rainbow order to reflect the progression of difficulty in Bloom’s Taxonomy (Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, Create). Since Common Core emphasizes that teachers advance students to higher level thinking, these posers make it easy to implement each day!

Bloom's Taxonomy Question Game:
Make asking and answering higher level questions into a game by posting the point value cards included in this pack next to the posters.

Remember Red Level Question = 1 point
Understand Orange Level Question = 2 points
Apply Yellow Level Question = 3 points
Analyze Green Level Question = 4 points
Evaluate Blue Level Question = 5 points
Create Purple Level Question = 6 points

You can either create your own questions using the words from the Bloom’s Taxonomy Posters or use the questions from my Bloom’s Fiction and Nonfiction Question Card Packs (see link below). When a student answers a question correctly, he or she will earn points based on the color of their card. The more challenging question you ask, the more points he or she will receive. Students can keep a tally or add to track their points on an index card or piece of paper. Whoever has the most points at the end of the activity wins! What a fun way to promote higher level thinking. Adding point values to the questions makes this activity even more fun and engaging for students! Your students will want to be challenged because they know they will earn more points for higher level questions.
