During this project, students create a board game to review skills or standards. Their finished games will be used in class to review and practice.
This project can be used with any set of standards or skills you have studied this year. If you want to choose a specific set of standards or skills for them to use in their games, you can write them on the board, project them, or type out a list.
When I did this project in my classroom, some students brought in card board boxes, poster boards, or other materials for their games. Some groups only used construction paper. The kids will get really creative.
I allowed my students 2 days to complete the project. This meant that they had to complete most of their individual question cards at home.
The kids loved creating the games, and they were a great tool for review and practice in the future! HAVE FUN!
