Being attuned to subtle body language cues can help a person spot anxiety or depression in another individual, and can also be a good indication of whether or not someone is telling the truth. In my own experiments I have found these techniques to be more true than not. But, why not find out for yourself? Read the questions and possible answers below to any of your friends, family or anyone who would be your guinea pig and record their answers. A large sample is better than a small one. Afterwards, compare their answers to the expert’s analysis and explain if you agree with the experts findings.
