Product Description

Designed to be used in conjunction with my Phase 1 Women's Strength Program. However, this Bodyweight Circuit can be used on any day of the week. This does not have to be conducted in the weight room. It can be used for gym class as well. You will need a stopwatch or timer of your choosing.
