• The set includes 6 stations. I printed 3-4 sets depending on how many students you have. When I printed the sets, I put each numbered station on a different color paper or cardstock. I also recommended printing a Periodic Table in the same color scheme to have with each station. I then lamented them or put them into protective sleeves to use year after year.
• During the activity I set a timer and students are to work on 3 elements per station, going through the identification of atomic mass, atomic number, and name of each element. They then use this information to determine the number of protons, neutrons, and electrons for the elements at their stations. Following this they are to diagram each element in Bohr or Lewis Dot format.
