HOW TO EDIT YOUR LABELS
• Type your desired text in the box.
• Highlight the text.
• Select View>Toolbars>Properties Bar (or Keyboard shortcut command+e (mac) or Control + e (PC)).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To Edit in ADOBE XI (the latest version)
go to: VIEW>SHOW/HIDE>TOOLBAR ITEMS>TOOLBARS>
PROPERTIES BAR or use the keyboard shortcut COMMAND+e (mac) or CONTROL+e (PC)).
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RESIZING YOUR TEXT
To resize the text open the properties bar select the size from the drop down menu or type in your desired size to customize.

CENTERING YOUR TEXT (Horizontally and vertically)
To center your text in the label/tag Command+e (mac) or Control + e (PC) to open the PROPERTIES MENU select the MORE button. Select the PARAGRAPH button. You can adjust the alignment of your text by selecting the alignment buttons.

For you perfectionists who really want to fine-tune your text position (and drive yourself a little nuts) you can type both positive and negative numbers in the spacing boxes to move your text up or down. Select(Properties>More>Paragraph>Spacing (above and below) to move your font up or down.

Once you have the font and formatting that you like for one label, you can COPY AND PASTE the text into the other labels this saves time editing each label. Then you can just highlight and retype the text you want.

SAVING YOUR WORK
You can save your labels as a single or multiple files so you don't have to retype everything each time. To save select FILE>SAVE AS to save copies of your labels.
