In my classroom I have the students meet in their book clubs once a day. Everyday the students choose a bookmark (job) and sit with their group as they read the chapter of the day. As they are reading they refer back to their bookmark to help remind them what they are looking for. They stick post-its on the pages they find the information and write down their thinking. When all students are done they each get to lead a discussion based on what job they had! Its such a fun way to get students more involved in their reading!
