Book reports don’t have to be boring! Use these book report pennants to exhibit student work and encourage them to try new books that their peers are reading.
Both a version of the pennant with and without instructions is included if you would like to adapt the activity for your students. On the front cover students will write the title, author, and decorate it with an image related to the story. Students will decorate the spine of the book and write the author and title. On the back cover students will write a synopsis of the story, and include additional images or details such as quotes as desired. Students complete additional book report questions (who was your favorite character, did you enjoy this book, would you reccomend this book to a friend) and glue them to the back of each pennant.
