**Looking for a way to help students share thier reading on a Google Hangout or a Zoom call? This product will give your students a structure for sharing their reading. Create authentice conversations about books during this distance learning time.
I have personally used this product in my middle school class for several years and I’m confident it will compliment any reading program in which students get to choose the books they read!
In this product you will find:
Book Talk Expectations
The format and expectations for students to present their book to a small group or whole class are presented in an easy to follow PowerPoint presentation.
Student Planning Sheet
A PDF handout that follows the format of the Book Talk Expectations PowerPoint is included for students to plan out the details of their individual book talk. This helps students think through the details of the presentation an organize each portion of their book talk.
Group Record Sheet
To promote active listening while students are presenting, there is a record sheet for students to fill out during student book talks. This works best for small group book talks, but could easily be adapted to a whole class setting if you prefer oral presentations.
