Product Description
Have your students create a book trailer for a book they have read. This book trailer assignment requires students to analyze the book they've read and put that analysis in their trailer. The purpose of the video is to show off their analysis and to persuade their peers to read the book.

This assignment can easily be done individually or in groups. I have included a list of resources for images, music, and video clips. I have also included instructions for using Adobe Spark to create the book trailer video. These Adobe Spark instructions are on their own separate page so you don't have to use them if you want students to use a different program. Adobe Spark is easy to use and student friendly. I've included instructions on how to get started on Adobe Spark and how to turn in the video afterwards. Included is an optional sheet of instructions on using this project with the Google Classroom.

This includes 14 pages plus two pages of instructions and advice for the teacher.

- Instructions for students
- Resource Page
- Reflection Writing Assignment
- Project Proposal Form
- Story Board planning pages
- Rubric
- Instructions for using this with the Google Classroom
- Instructions for using Adobe Spark
- Instructions for how to share or turn in the Adobe Spark video. (Different sets of instructions for different scenarios that you can pick and choose from.)

This is a fun and challenging project that will allow your students to engage with what they've read and share it with their peers.

It is not editable. However, I am happy to make edits for you if you contact me.
