My 8th graders love these challenge problems! Great practice with simplifying polynomials using exponent rules and distributive property, Common Core Math 8.EE.1., order of operations, mental math. Put these in a binder and you'll have a book too! At the end of the week, my classes compete to see which class period has the most correct answers. These would also make great review stations, bell work, or exit tickets!
