Description of Seesaw Digital Learning Platform
SeeSaw is an amazing tool. It allows students to take and share photos, videos, drawings and audio to projects you assign. It works like child friendly social media because it allows other students to communicate with their peers in a controlled, private environment.
Students complete engaging activities and you will build home school relationships by sharing learning with parents instantly! These are perfect for your distance learning classrooms.
How could I use these in my classroom?
Center-based learning or independent work - assign the page to your students to allow them to practice their skills
What kind of devices are compatible with Digital Puzzler?
Currently the file is only for Seesaw users. Digital Puzzler works great with iPads™, laptops, desktops, Chrome books™, Kindle Fire, iPads™and any other device that has access to the Seesaw app.
Can I check student answers?
Yes! I have also included answer keys for each puzzler set.
Can more than one student play at the same time?
Yes! One license will provide your entire class to all play puzzler. You assign the skill set you want your students to practice.
If I already own a printable Puzzler set, can I upgrade to include digital?
Since many may not need or use the digital set, I want to keep them separate to keep the price down and give you the choice of which set(s) you own.
Can I see a step by step process on how to load the files to Seesaw?
Yes, I have included video links and step by step photos.
Can I see a step by step process on how to load the files to Google?
Yes, I have included video links and step by step photos. I am not an expert and I am not able to help with any google issues.
How do I load the activity?
In your purchase, you will find links for each of the activities.
You will click on the link and it will open, asking if you want to add it to your library. (once your account is created.
Can I share these files with my parents?
These files are meant to be shared, but only within your own classroom and families. They may not be placed on a school-wide server that is not password protected.
My entire team needs these, can we share?
This purchase is for a single classroom use only. You may purchase an additional license if you wish to share the files with another teacher. Sharing is a violation of copyright.
Will my parents need an account?
No, only the student needs an account.
Can I edit the audio of the pre made Seesaw activities?
Yes! I have included all as examples, but you can change anything you want.
Will these work on other digital platforms/apps other than Google and Seesaw?
Not that I am unsure of. These are only links to google and seesaw - no PNG files are directly given to protect my hard work.
Will these files also work in Google Classrooms?
Yes! You will be able to upload them to your Google Classroom account. You will first make a copy, then assign copies to your specific students.

Organization:
All sets have a theme. The theme is different for all sets. This is similar to fix it sentences so that your students can easily know what box set they are on. The recording sheet has the set picture on them to match set box cover. There are labels to the answer sheet so students know what color box goes with which numbers. There are labels for inside the large Iris Bin as well as for the "spine" of the small Iris boxes, making it even easier for students to find and return the boxes.
How I use this pack:
Students use the chart to determine what letter sound the picture starts with. They will then mix up the letters and find which word card it matches. Students will manipulate using magnetic letters. Then they will add it to their paper. There is an answer sheet to record the words on.
