This is a student form that can be used after multiple ways of learning about the Boston Massacre. You can use it after watching the scenes of the trial from the mini series John Adams, or you can use it after analyzing primary sources from the Boston Massacre. The students will right the article as if they were the judge for the trial. They will come up with their own verdict before they know the actual verdict and outcome. The students will then give 3 reasons why they came up with the guilty/not guilty verdict. Then at the bottom, they will put in what actually happened.
