This product contains 20 box and whisker plot scoot question cards (6 cards ask students to create a box and whisker plot, 3 cards ask students to interpret double box and whisker plots, 11 cards ask students to use box and whisker plot vocabulary (i.e. find the lower extreme, lower quartile, median, upper quartile, upper extreme). Also includes a recording sheet that can be copied front to back, and an answer key.
Print the question cards and cut apart. Place on desks around the classroom. Instruct students to start at any card and answer the question. Give students 20-30 seconds to read and answer each card (you may want to play music during this time). When time is up, students 'scoot' to the next problem.
This could also be used in a math center or as task cards. Great to review for tests or give students extra practice in a fun way!
