In this box and whisker plots color by number, students answer 20 questions, find the answers on the coloring sheet, and color, in both the print and digital versions.

The box and whisker plot problems require students to identify:
- First quartile
- Median
- Third quartile
- Interquartile range
- Range
- Minimum
- Maximum
- Number that would be in each quartile, based on a number of students surveyed
- Data in terms of percent (25%, 50%, 75%)
This easy-prep box and whisker plot resource includes:
1) One print version:
- Problem sheet with 20 questions
- Coloring sheet
2) One Google Slides version:
- Same problems and same coloring as print version
- Students type their answers in the answer box
- Students use the ‘Fill color’ bucket to color the shapes
- Questions are not editable (they are in the background) but the shapes and numbers in the pattern ARE movable.
- Link to Google Slides is after the print items in the PDF download.
3) One coloring page with no numbers, so students can color for fun, create their own color by numbers, or for you to create your own color by number activities for your classes.
