Print and Laminate exercise posters. Cut out, print and laminate 2 sets of exercise cards. Place posters at different places throughout your room. You can also place a sticky note on the poster with the number of exercises the student should complete. Small card sizes are also included and can be laminated and placed on a key ring for individual use. They can be copied twice and used as a memory game or go fish style card game. When you get a match you must perform the exercise.
It’s in the Cards: This is a game that can be used to get your class up and moving. Children will be more engaged after movement. Print and laminate the game and find a deck of cards. Draw a card and have your class complete the movement that corresponds to that suit.
