4 different Movement Bingo boards with calling cards. Pictures and words to describe exercises that incorporate movement, core strengthening, Yoga and Brain Gym. Use for small groups as a warm up before writing or as fun activity to get them moving. I sometimes "stack the deck" to end with exercises that are more calming and organizing. Print, laminate and use with bingo chips or dry erase marker. Suggestions on calling cards for how many/how long to do each exercise. Can also have students roll a higher number die to see how many they will do.
