- PDF

Description
If you notice that your students are having a hard time focusing and are losing interest, try a brain break! These games and activities allow your students to take a break from learning, just long enough to refocus and get energized. The best part is these brain breaks and class games can be done in a matter of minutes. They could also be used during your morning meetings or indoor recess.

Take a look at the brain break jar I use in my own classroom.
Table of Contents
There are two options for the table of contents. One has the brain break activities listed by page order. The second has them listed in ABC order. Choose the option that works best for you.
36 Brain Break Labels
There are 36 brain break activities, each with a unique name. These labels are the right size to use with paint stirrers. You could also print them onto cardstock and place on a ring to save space.
36 Brain Breaks Descriptions
There are 2 brain breaks per page. I cut them apart and place them on a ring near my brain break jar. These descriptions come in handy when you are first starting out or the perfect reference tool to leave behind for a guest teacher.
