Act out the animal exercise and movement as described on the brain breaks animal activity card for engaging movement breaks.

There are 28 gross motor exercise activity cards included with different animal actions on each card. Some of the brain break activities included are the crab walk, horse run, walrus walk, starfish jump, snake slither, and penguin walk!

Easy Assembly and Use Ideas:

  • Bind laminated brain breaks cards with a ring
  • Throw laminated brain break cards in a basket and let kids pick them out one at a time and do each gross motor activity as it gets picked.
  • Set up an obstacle course leading the kids around to the different animal activity cards.
