We all know that brain breaks are essential for fostering student learning and growth. This is a collection of 30 brain breaks to help get your students up and moving. These can be used in transitions, before independent work, or just to get the wiggles out.
Each brain break comes with a description of how to do the exercise.
This pack includes:
-30 task cards with exercises. You can laminate them and put them in a basket to draw out.
-Smartboard Notebook file which contains a random exercise chooser, videos that go along with some of the exercises, and pictures of yoga poses.
-6 blank cards to create your own exercises.
Each exercise requires all students to get up out of their seats and MOVE! Most require no prep at all and they can be completed in less than 5 minutes.
