PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This interdisciplinary handout on Brave New World explains major topics used in the book, including those of historical and psychological imporatance. This works very well for 11th or 12th grade English classes, especially those of College Prep or higher levels. However, material from this document may just be used by the teacher to facilitate Socratic seminars and/or check on the research projects pertaining to Brave New World.

This 6 page document includes information about Henry Ford, Color Psychology, Sigmund Freud, Kohlberg's moral development, and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Additionally, background knowledge of the main characters used in the book are analyzed. For example, the character Benito Hoover, the background on both Benito Mussolini and Herbert Hoover are explained.
