After reading ch. 1 and 2, students are divided into groups and asked to consider what PROGRESS means and how it can be assessed in the world of AF 632. Each group has a different aspect of government or progress to assess (ex. Health, Education, Welfare, etc.)
After completing their aspect of the task, each group will share their consideration of progress with the class (jigsawing) ---
