These break cards are great for students with ADHD, anxiety, and/or frustrational levels are met quickly. I have color coded break cards so that they can be used with your discretion of how many breaks might be needed. Four breaks a week? Two breaks a class period? You chose! Just make sure to be clear with the break rules. Some examples of breaks include: 3 minute reading/drawing break, a walk to the office and back, 3 minute bathroom break, 10 jumping jacks in the hallway, breathing exercise.
